Major brands including The Hershey Company, Lenovo, Merkle, Wegmans Food Markets, and Wilson Company are already using Adobe's agentic AI to enhance their customer experience capabilities. Over 70% of eligible Adobe Experience Platform customers currently use the AI Assistant interface.

According to Anjul Bhambhri, senior vice president of engineering at Adobe Experience Cloud, the company is "leveraging agentic AI to build specialized agents and embedding them into data, content and experience creation workflows."
