Legal Tech Firm 8am Builds First Claude MCP Connector for Practice Management

The integration of large language models into vertical software is accelerating. At its annual Kaleidoscope conference in Las Vegas on September 23, 2026, legal practice management company 8am announced a Claude MCP connector for MyCase — the first MCP connector built specifically for legal practice management.

The connector gives legal professionals 73 actions across cases, clients, documents, billing, and intake, all accessible directly from Claude. More than 60 firms began using it within a month of its quiet launch, the majority being small firms of five or fewer attorneys.
