TILT Story and LionShare Merge to Build Integrated Healthcare CRM and Marketing Automation Stack
Healthcare marketing just got a stronger data backbone. TILT Story has completed a merger with LionShare, a Kansas City-based healthcare CRM and marketing automation firm with more than 30 years of industry history.
The deal combines LionShare's healthcare-specific data, CRM infrastructure, and marketing automation capabilities with TILT Story's brand strategy, creative services, and content production. Financial terms were not disclosed.
What each company brings to the combined entity:
- LionShare: Healthcare CRM platform, patient and customer data analytics, marketing automation built specifically for healthcare organizations
- TILT Story: Brand strategy, creative production, content services, and broader client platform
LionShare President Sara Dykes will continue leading day-to-day operations and client relationships. Founder Laura Lee Jones transitions to Founder and Executive Advisor, joining the TILT Story board.
The companies plan joint investment in additional technology, including continued development of LionShare's existing CRM platform and new capabilities for healthcare clients.
"LionShare is exceptionally well respected in healthcare CRM and marketing automation, shares a client base with us, and is a strong fit for us both in capability and in culture," said Joanne Thornton, CEO of TILT Story.
The merger reflects growing demand from healthcare organizations for marketing programs that bridge creative execution with measurable, data-driven outcomes. For marketing leaders evaluating integrated automation platforms, the TILT/LionShare combination represents a more complete stack for healthcare-specific campaigns.
