Prophix, a financial software company, just launched what they're calling the first suite of autonomous AI agents designed specifically for finance teams. Three Key AI Agents Launch This Week

Starting September 27, 2025, Prophix customers will have access to three specialized agents:

• Budgeting Agent: Automates budget setup and validates submissions to reduce errors and rework
• Reporting Agent: Generates presentation-ready reports and detects variances without manual intervention
• Modeling Agent: Creates and maintains financial models automatically

The company says early users have already seen dramatic results. Aaron Levine, Prophix's own CFO, reports cutting monthly close times by 50% and reducing reporting cycles from weeks to days.

Built for Enterprise Trust and Security

Unlike consumer AI tools, these agents come with enterprise-grade security features. They include full audit trails, policy guardrails, and are TrustArc-certified. Importantly, customer data isn't used to train external AI models.

One early adopter, Mandy Huynh from KBL Environmental, says she now uses Prophix's AI assistant 80-90% of the time she's working in the platform. "It's helped us move from reactive reporting to proactive planning," she explains.

This launch builds on Prophix's earlier AI release from April 2025, when they introduced Prophix Copilot. The new agents represent an evolution from providing insights to actually executing tasks autonomously.
