The centerpiece is Joule, SAP's generative AI assistant that's now designed to be virtually everywhere users work. Unlike traditional AI tools, Joule can accompany business users throughout their day, both inside and outside SAP applications, to find data, surface insights, and streamline workflows.

Key AI Innovations Transforming Work

Enhanced Joule Assistant: Through a collaboration with Perplexity, Joule can now draw on both structured and unstructured data to solve complex business problems. The assistant provides structured, visual answers like charts and graphs grounded in real-time business data.

Expanded Joule Agents: SAP introduced an expanded library of AI agents that work across systems and business lines to anticipate, adapt, and act autonomously. These agents span customer experience, supply chain management, finance, and human capital management.

AI Foundation Operating System: SAP launched what it calls the first real operating system for Business AI, giving developers a single entry point for building, extending, and running custom AI solutions at scale.

Strategic Partnerships Drive Innovation

SAP's partnership with Palantir focuses on facilitating cloud migration and modernization programs. The collaboration enables seamless connectivity between Palantir and SAP Business Data Cloud, helping customers build harmonized data foundations across their enterprise landscape.

The SAP Business Data Cloud now includes intelligent applications built for specific business lines. These applications continuously learn, simulate outcomes, and guide actions using business-critical data.

Accelerating Cloud Adoption

SAP also announced Business Suite packages designed to simplify cloud solution adoption. With Joule as the entry point and insights from SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX, the solution delivers personalized guidance that can help deliver up to 35 percent faster time to value.
