Prosus is making the AI infrastructure it built internally available to its 5 million restaurant, merchant, and entrepreneur partners—and the early results from pilot users include a Dutch café chain cutting financial reporting from weeks to 30 minutes.

What Was Announced

Prosus has introduced two new AI products. ToqanClaw is a no-code business automation platform that lets anyone create apps, dashboards, and automations by describing what they need in plain language—no coding or IT queue required. It is built on Prosus's internal AI platform, Toqan, routes across 20+ AI models, and is designed to keep data under company control, with no data used to train third-party models.

The second product, Zapia, is an AI life assistant for consumers. Already used by more than 6 million people, Zapia handles multi-step tasks—such as finding a restaurant, collecting votes from a family WhatsApp group, and completing the booking—without the user switching between apps. It is now available globally via the App Store, Google Play, and Zapia's website.

Key Takeaways

  • Proven at internal scale. Prosus reports 60,000 agents and 10,000 applications built internally before opening the platform externally. Partner results include a 25% delivery increase and €21,000/month in savings for one Rotterdam burger chain.
  • Commerce-specific AI model. Prosus's Large Commerce Model (LCM) is trained on 1 billion customers and 500 million daily interactions, enabling agents to anticipate business needs rather than just execute tasks.
  • Consumer AI assistant reaching global. Zapia expands from Latin America to worldwide availability, with a free tier covering most personal use cases.
