Salesforce Launches Enterprise AI Harness to Govern Multi-Vendor Agent Deployments

Salesforce has consolidated six separate products into a new governance layer called the Enterprise AI Harness, positioning itself against ServiceNow in the growing battle to control how companies manage AI agents from multiple vendors.

The product merges capabilities from MuleSoft Agent Fabric, Informatica, Data 360, and three other tools into a unified platform.
